We'll hop into a focused 90-minute call where we map your ops, spot bottlenecks, and triage your priorities so you can stabilize your ops. And then, I'll sketch up a system with actionable steps you can use right away.
Step 2
Your Starter Kit
I’ll map out your work systems and create 3–5 custom SOPs tailored to how your business actually runs. I will also be creating custom templates and visual walk-throughs so your team has clear, repeatable steps that don’t depend on you.
Step 3
I’ll drop your new systems into the platform of your choice (Docs, Notion, ClickUp, etc.). And then, in a video recording, I will walk you through how it all works, so you and your team can hit the ground running.
Because I really am serious about getting you out of your marketing mess.
BONUS: Ongoing support
For 30 days after handover, I’ll be in your corner via email and chat, PLUS two 30-minute catch-up calls. Again, I seriously want to make sure everything sticks.

Now, if you want to just get the 90-minute deep dive call and then a document of your next steps (what to do with what you know now), you can do that too for $187. Fingers crossed you find the time and the energy to implement the fixes, too. (I am always rooting for you!)
Of course! If you upgrade within 7 days after your audit call, your initial $127 fee will be credited towards the full package fee.
Yes, but only when you avail both steps of the service. It will be $500 upfront and $500 upon handover of your starter kit.

Working on your system now will give you a better idea of who to hire, what skills to look for, and what the level of engagement will be. Also, let's get all those SOPs from your head and onto Notion (or Docs or Asana or ClickUp - wherever you prefer).
